SMART DMM -- 2012.08.27

             SMART DMM
     Multimeter has seen the following 3 eras:
     1.      Analogue Multimeter
     2.      Manual range digital multimeter
     3.      Auto range digital multimeter

             Nowadays, Digitek has developed it to:
     4. The era of smart digital multimeters which are able to auto select measurement functions.

        The new fourth generation multimeter series will have more powerful functions, more convenient for   usage and maintenance, and higher price/performance ratio.
One of our typical LCD displays is disclosed in the following:

       The upper left is the display of the measurement function, showing the physical quantity of the current measurement;
       The top right corner is the second display area that displays the supplementary results;
The following is the main display area, displaying the measurement results.

       Multiple displays can bring different characteristics data of the measuring result.

       For example, in using the "HOLD" function, the maintained record and the instant reading can be displayed at the same time;

       At Diode measurement, it can display both the positive and negative results;

       Another example, for AC voltage measurements, through the display options (DISPLAY SELECT) button, you can display various combinations of the following:

Main Display
Secondary Display
AC RMS of the measured AC voltage
Frequency of the measured AC voltage
The positive Peak value of the measured AC voltage
The negative Peak value of the measured AC voltage
The DC offset of the measured AC voltage

The AC + DC true RMS value of the measured AC voltage

The decibel value dBm of the measured AC voltage
Calculating the reference resistance value of the dB value (can be selected by pressing the button)
The frequency of the measured AC voltage
The duty cycle of the measured AC voltage

 Another example, at Frequency measurement, through the display options (DISPLAY SELECT) button, you can display various combinations of the following:

Main Display
Secondary Display
Frequency
Duty Cycle
Positive pulse width (time)
Negative pulse width (time)

  Therefore, through our efforts we have opened a new page in the multimeter history.
